CAMP LOCATION

 

This summer Camp Bravo will be set in the heart of Malibu Canyon, at Camp Lawrence Daley at Mt. Crags, Gilmore. Camp Bravo provides a natural setting with beautiful landscapes, fresh air, and numerous multi-purpose performing spaces.

ACCOMMODATIONS

​

Lodging consists of fully enclosed cabins with attached bathrooms and showers, housing 12-18 students.  The cabins are divided into smaller private rooms with 1-2 bunk beds. To accommodate health and safety, parents will be able to choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms. For double or triple occupancy, parents will need to notify camp of the name of the friend(s) their child will be rooming with. If no roommate is listed, camper will be placed in a single room. Campers will need to pack their own bedding.

Each cabin is staffed by 2 qualified adult counselors. Bunking is age and gender appropriate.  If you have any questions about the best housing arrangement for your camper, please call or email the office.

FINANCIAL AID

 

Camp Bravo's financial aid program is based upon a combination of application and financial need.  Since we are a not-for-profit organization, the assistance we provide is based on the annual funds that we receive and is awarded on an as available basis. Please note that scholarships will be limited this year and may require additional documents to show proof of income.

Each camper will be provided with three well-balanced meals and one mid-afternoon snack each day. We are able to accommodate most specific dietary needs that a camper may have.

TRANSPORTATION

 

For those students who are traveling by airplane or cannot provide their own transportation to camp, bus service from LAX is available for an additional fee.

 

The bus will depart LAX on Monday, July 5th at 12:00 noon. Students must arrive at LAX prior to 12:00 noon where a Bravo representative will meet them. On the last day of Camp, July 9th,  the bus will depart for the return to LAX at 10:00am. Flights should be scheduled for departure anytime after 12:00 pm to allow ample time at check in.

We offer either round-trip or one-way transportation. Please contact our office to reserve a seat. Bus reservations MUST be made by June 11th 2021.
